Show Furl
Tony dropped me an email today to tip me off about the KDE Apps repository here.
I’ve decided to start a show Furl (link on the right side under Beginner Resources) to keep track of sites like this. So far Tony’s is the only one in there, but as the list grows, the Furl will get longer.
Thanks Tony!

Since you’ve started using Kanotix ( www.kanotix.com ) - the best Linux distribution you can find - you should visit the Klik software repository ( http://klik.atekon.de/ ) for software you can install, even with the LiveCD version running, with a single mouse-click.

For entertainment purposes, be sure to swing by the Linux Game Tome ( http://happypenguin.org ) for a huge list of free games for Linux.
I’ve tried a lot of them on my Kanotix box, and many of them run just fine by downloading and installing the .sh files (ie: no make/config/install required).

Oh, and let’s not forget KDE Look ( www.kde-look.org ) for all of your KDE desktop themes and eye candy needs.

Hi Judland,
Thanks for stopping by and thanks for the links. You’re right, the Klik repository is pretty cool.
I already have the kde-look site on the show furl, but I will add the other two once I’m on my own computer (I just checked in on a buddy’s computer)
Thanks again!
Jon
